Allyssa and Flakes

It was another fun weekend in the Moreno Family world.

On Sunday some of us gathered at Robert and Pokey's house to start some planning for Shaun and Lena's pending nuptials. The planning is underway. While we planned the snow fell, and fell, and fell. So much for the freezing rain we were supposed to get. Well, we ended up with about 4 inches of very wet snow which made for great snow balls and perfect snow men!

We all enjoyed the snow, especially Blue. She couldn't get enough. It's amazing how dogs like to bury themselves and immerse their whole bodies in the cold stuff, but they do! She had a blast and proceeded to wear Bianca, Jay and Rita out in the process.

Sunday night the U of MD played North Carolina at home. There was no reason for us to win this game. Maryland played like chumados for most of the game and couldn't get the lead until the very last 5 minutes of the game where MD took control, played off of NC's mistakes and ended up winning the game. It was great. Below are some pic's of the students storming the court.
