This is a public safety announcement. To all automobile drivers in the D.C. metro area, please be cautious. We have a new driver on the road. Rita Moreno has received her drivers license today. Please be aware while on all roadways. Wear your safety belts and be on the lookout for this person:

I just left the MVA...i turned in my drivers license in protest.
It's a shame the infamous blue van has been put to pasture. I hear Uncle Freddy is looking to find a new home for his green beauty. Or was that Molly he was giving away?
