April showers

So, the rain and weird weather has started. It went from being 80 degrees last week to about 40 this weekend! But that is weather in the DC metro area.

The Chumado's first softball game was a double header last Thursday against the Buzzcock's. We didn't win but we have made many improvements and above all we all had fun. We have a few new players who have joined the team and Jay joined us as our score keeper last week. We'll get some Chumado's pic's up as soon as we can so you can all check out our new and improved uniform shirts.

We all gathered on Sunday, April 24th to celebrate Christopher's 21st birthday at Bennigan's in Rockville. It was a lot of fun.

David will be coming home for a visit from the peace corps in May. I believe the dates are May 22 - June 6th but check with Lena (lena_jalapeno@yahoo.com) for details.
